- They are located in the United States.
- They received two or more text messages from NaturaLawn of America after they specifically asked the company to stop sending text messages.

How much is the class action payment?
Pro rata cash payment: Class members can submit a claim to receive up to $217 for every text message they received after requesting that NaturaLawn of America stop sending messages. The settlement administrator will determine the final payment amount using the number of valid claims.
How to claim a class action rebate
To receive a settlement payment, class members must submit a completed claim form by Jan. 6, 2026. They can file online or by print and mail the PDF claim form to the settlement administrator.

When is the NaturaLawn of America TCPA settlement payout date?
